Technic and more....

To accomplish a project like ours, lots of equipment is needed. Beside the medical stuff from our team doctor we have set up the caravans to moving motels.
Also the mechanics had much work to do. Additional fixation constructions had to be mounted on the trailors, to move the handbikes, except the current driver, during the race.

To provide an actual coverage, we are equipped with satellite cell phones and internet modem. So we are able to send the latest news, even we are in the outback.

All this is only possible with a perfect tuned team.
We haven't booked any rooms on our way to Sydney. All the team members are living in their caravans.

This is in sporting and logistically a challenge. The mental stress should not be underestimated.
There is no privacy it at all during this time.

Anyway, we can make it....
